  • Yogurt - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Poppy - 1 teaspoon
  • Mint - 1 Bunch
  • Lemon juice - 3 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Fish with Spicy Rice and Nuts"

Wash the fish, cut. Add chili pepper, turmeric, cumin and salt. Stir well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil along with raisins and cashews. In the same skillet, fry the fish until golden brown. About 3 minutes on each side. Boil rice with saffron and coriander until tender. Add lemon juice to it. Fry the other half of the onion in vegetable oil. Add finely chopped mint, ginger, garlic, yogurt, poppy seeds and tomato. Simmer the gravy until the tomatoes are tender.
