- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - 1.5 Cups
- Honey - 1/4 Cup
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon
- Pumpkin puree - 425 Gram
- Buttermilk (low-fat kefir) - 0.5 cups
- Chocolate shavings - 1 Glass
- Pecan - 3/4 Cup
- Butter - 1/4 Cup

How to make Pumpkin Nut Muffins
1. Combine 2 cups flour, salt, 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 pinch each of nutmeg, ginger and cloves, baking soda and baking powder. 2. In another bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, eggs, honey, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. 3. Add pumpkin puree to liquid ingredients in bowl. 4. Pour in half the buttermilk (kefir), stir with a spatula. 5. Add half of dry ingredients to bowl and stir well. 6. Add the remaining half of the dry ingredients, then the kefir or buttermilk.
