A little tip - first let the meatballs bake a little until they are light crust and only then pour the dish with cream or sauce. Then your meatballs will be even and in good shape!

How to cook "Meatballs with vegetables in cream."
Mix the minced meat with boiled rice and dry herbs. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix well and beat in a bowl. Put the vegetable mixture on the bottom of the baking dish in an even layer - without defrosting. I have a Mexican one, but, in principle, you can do anything. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices. Roll medium-sized meatballs from the minced meat with wet hands and place on top of the vegetables. Put the mold in the oven and turn on the heating at 200 degrees. After about 15 minutes, take out the form with meatballs. They will already grab a crust. Drizzle meatballs and vegetables with cream. Return the mold to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and set the table. After 10 minutes, call everyone to the table. For meatballs with vegetables baked in cream, you can serve fresh vegetables according to the season, decorate with herbs. I additionally served a sauce made from blended cream with feta cheese.
