- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Ginger root - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Salad pepper - 1 Piece

- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Boiled rice - 3 Glasses
- Soy sauce - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Sesame oil - 0.5 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Rice with vegetables in a pan"
1. Peel the peppers and cut them into strips, cut the carrots into cubes, finely chop the green onions. Grind the garlic and ginger. 2. Put the pan on fire, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the grated ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add carrots and half green onions, cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Arrange the peas and green peppers, cook for a couple of minutes to soften the peppers. 4. Add boiled and chilled rice, stir. 5. In a separate bowl, combine 2 eggs. Pour another tablespoon of butter into the rice, then the eggs and leave for 1-2 minutes. Once the eggs have set slightly, stir the entire contents. 6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir again.
