Chop the shallots and put it on top of the mushrooms, add tarragon, fry for a few minutes. 5. Pour broth and wine into the vegetables in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Add cream and stir, simmer for about 1-2 minutes and turn off heat.
