How to make Tomato Soup with Rice and Broccoli
1. Peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion finely and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Fry until soft in vegetable oil. 2. Add chopped garlic to the onions and carrots and fry for another minute. 3. Add the washed rice, stir and fry for another minute, stirring occasionally. 4.
