How to cook "Turkish pasta with kefir, onions and salted cheese"

Add 30 ml of water, salt and sugar to the onion. Throw away the bay leaf and simmer the onion for about 10 minutes. 5. Add chopped garlic, ground pepper and herbs to the onion (I have dried parsley). Cooking for a minute and a half. 6. Cut cheese, feta or any other salty curd cheese into small cubes. I also added finely grated hard cheese to the dish, 30 grams.
