- Champignons - 240 Grams
- Rosemary, twig - 2 Pieces

- Beef broth - 360 Milliliters
- Onions - 0.5 Pieces

How to make Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce
1. First, brush the tenderloin thoroughly with salt and pepper. 2. Then fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. 3. And then bake the meat for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. 4. Tackle the sauce for now. Heat the butter in a deep skillet. 5. Then chop the mushrooms into slices. Add them to the skillet. Add salt to taste. 6. Fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
