• Fennel - 1 Piece
• Lemon - 1/2 Piece
• Ground caraway seeds - 1 pinch
• Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
• Pomegranate - 1 Art. the spoon
• Quinoa - 100 Grams
• Salt - To taste
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
• Greens - 4 Art. spoons (chopped)

How to Make Vegetarian Quinoa Fennel Pomegranate Salad

1. Cut the fennel into slices. 2. Fry in butter with salt, sugar and cumin. 3. Cut the lemon fillet without the films. Add the juice to the fennel skillet. 4. Boil the quinoa until tender, then fold into a sieve. 5. Stir all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Add herbs and pomegranate seeds.
