How to cook "Garlic and Cheese Pretzel"
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in a glass of warm water, leave for 5-7 minutes. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pour the yeast mixture into it. 2. Stir the dough well with a wooden spoon, then knead by hand. Place the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover and leave for 1-1.5 hours. 3. After the required time, place the dough on the table, form a small cake out of it and cut into 16 wedges. 4. Roll each wedge into a sausage and cut into small pieces (about 2-3 cm). 5. Place all the pieces of dough on a greased baking sheet and let sit for half an hour. 6. Pour water into a large saucepan, add baking soda immediately after boiling. Immediately add about 15-20 dough pieces and cook for 80-90 seconds. Stir gently to keep them from falling apart.
