How to make "Leopard brioche"
1. Mix 250 ml of milk with cornstarch and cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. 2. Remove from heat and add butter, stir thoroughly until smooth. 3. Transfer to a bowl in which we will make the dough and let it cool to 30 degrees. 4. Add salt, sugar and dry yeast. Pour in flour and knead the dough. 5. Knead the dough with your hands, it should turn out to be quite elastic, but soft. 6. Divide the dough into two parts and then half the dough half again.
