Ingredients:
- Cabbage - 300 Grams (sauerkraut)
- Potatoes - 3 Pieces
- Onions - 4 Pieces
- Bulgur - 1 Glass
- Tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Dried apricots - 10 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Red pepper - To taste (hot)
- Parsley - 1 Bunch
- Water - 2 Liters

How to cook "Lean soup" Krchik "
Pour dried apricots with warm water for 10 minutes. Squeeze the sauerkraut. Wash vegetables, peel. Cut the onion into cubes. Saute the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add kale, bulgur, diced potatoes, shredded dried apricots, and tomato sauce. Cover with water, add salt and red pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, over low heat until the potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
