How to cook "Mexican Cocoa"
1. Put sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and a small pinch (on the tip of a knife) of cayenne pepper in a bowl or glass. 2. Stir all spices well before pouring liquid into it. 3. Pour milk into a saucepan and put it on fire. 4. Heat the milk, but do not bring to a boil, add the previously mixed spices with cocoa. 5. Stir well with a whisk and remove the saucepan from the heat so that the milk does not boil. 6. Pour the finished drink into a cup, garnish with whipped cream and add more pepper to taste. Drink it right away!
