- Cream cheese - 200 Grams
- Parmesan cheese - 150 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 50-70 Gram
- Garlic - 1 Clove

- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Puff pastry - 250 Grams

How to make Easy Vegetable Cheese Tart
1. Cut the courgette into thin slices with a mandolin and lightly sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Leave them on for 10 minutes to release excess moisture. 2. In a deep bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan and Mozzarella. Add chopped garlic, ground pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. 3. Roll the dough into a circle with a rolling pin. 4. Spread the cheese filling over the dough, leaving approximately two centimeters of edges. 5. Gently place the zucchini over the filling and fold over the edges of the dough. 6. Brush the dough with melted butter. Bake the vegetable tart in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
