How to cook "Steamed Lean Cutlets"
Boil the potatoes in advance. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a fine grater. Do the same with the beets. Squeeze out excess juice from vegetables. Chop the onion finely. Mix it with carrots and beets. Then add semolina and sesame seeds. In the same bowl, grate potatoes and chopped prunes. Salt and mix everything. Form cutlets from the vegetable mixture. Place them in a steamer container. Cook for about 25 minutes. Serve with sour cream or unsweetened yogurt. Do not use sour cream and yogurt during Lent. Enjoy your meal!
