How to make Potato Salad with Egg
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and put them in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, salt and cook over medium heat until soft. 2. Boil hard-boiled eggs separately. 3. Chop the celery stalk and cucumbers. 4. In a deep bowl combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mustard and vinegar, celery and gherkins. Mix everything well. 5. Cool the finished eggs, peel, cut and combine with potatoes. Add onions, peas, corn and carrots there if you use in the recipe. 6. Put the dressing and stir gently.
