How to Make Sugar Free Banana Muffins
1. Soak dates in water for 20 minutes beforehand. 2. While the dried fruits are infused, chop the bananas with a fork. 3. Combine baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour in another bowl. 4. Then peel the already soft dates and remove the seeds. 5. Next, grind the dates in mashed potatoes with warm water. 6. Add vanillin to the resulting puree.
