Here is a step-by-step story on how to cook pumpkin seeds with spices. In this case, salt, pepper, paprika and ground garlic are used, but you can use any other spices that are on hand. It turns out not only tasty, but also unrealistically aromatic! Such seeds can be eaten just like that or added to salads, cereals, pies, etc.
Main ingredient: Pumpkin seeds / Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds - 3/4 Cup
- Salt and Spices - To taste (pepper, garlic, paprika, etc.)
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 teaspoons
How to make Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
1. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, separate from the pulp and rinse thoroughly. 2. Place on a towel and pat dry. 3. Pour oil onto a baking sheet and add seeds. Add salt and spices, stir well. Distribute the seeds evenly on the baking sheet and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Finished seeds will be golden brown. Cool them a little - and you can serve.
