  • Sugar - 0.5 cups
  • Starch - 3 Art. spoons
  • Cocoa - 2 Art. spoons
  • Salt - 1 Pinch
  • Milk - 2.5 Glasses
  • Chicken yolk - 3 Pieces
  • Chocolate - 115 Grams
  • Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Cream - 1 Glass
  • Powdered sugar - 2 Teaspoons

How to make Homemade Chocolate Pudding

1. Mix sugar, starch, cocoa, salt. 2. Pour in 0.5 cups of milk, add chicken yolks. Pour in the remaining milk and stir the entire contents of the bowl. 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes, take out the mixture and remove the plastic wrap, stir the contents. 4. Cover again with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Remove bowl every 30 seconds and stir, then microwave again. Repeat this process until you notice that the pudding is bubbling around the edges and thickens. 5. Add butter and chocolate, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisk until the chocolate is dissolved. 6. Divide pudding into cups and refrigerate for several hours. Whisk in the icing sugar and remaining vanilla extract.Garnish the frozen pudding with whipped cream and serve.
