How to make Green Avocado Sauce
Peel and chop the avocado, onion and pepper. Put everything in a blender bowl and add water. Pour in olive oil. Add cilantro, salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice and add to blender bowl. Whisk everything until smooth. The sauce is ready!
