Avocado is a very healthy product. It contains a lot of healthy fats that are necessary for the human body. Here's a recipe for how to make a green avocado sauce, like a salad dressing. Try it!
Avocado green sauce is great not only for salads, but for fish, meat, and egg dishes. If you choose the right avocado, soft and ripe, then the sauce will turn out to be mega delicious. By itself, avocado is quite neutral, it absorbs bright flavors, enveloping it with a delicate, buttery pulp, and combining it into one whole. The sauce is somewhat similar to the famous guacamole, but it is more spicy and bright. I am sharing a recipe on how to make such a dressing. The avocado puree is thick enough to dilute with water. I take a glass, but if the sauce seems thick to you, you can add some more water. Enjoy!
