How to make Balkan Shepherd's Bag Mini Casserole

1. Cut the onion into cubes. 2. Cut the champignons into slices. 3. Fry onion with mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender, cool. 4. Make minced meat and onions, salt and pepper, add crackers and stir. 5. Make a flat cake out of minced meat, place a glass in the center and raise the sides, forming a kind of a cup. 6. Wrap bacon around this meat cup.
