How to Make Curry Meatballs
1. First make the mix for the meatballs. Combine the minced meat with salt, flour, chopped onions, milk, egg and pepper. Then form round pieces. 2. After that, put the meatballs in boiling water and cook the products for 10 minutes. 3. Now make the sauce. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Fry finely chopped onions in it for 1-2 minutes. 4. Then add curry. Stir quickly. Cook for 1 minute. 5. Next, add the finely chopped peeled apple and flour. Stir. Cook for a couple more minutes until the apples produce juice. 6. Then pour in 600 ml of water. Bring it to a boil and then cook the sauce, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes over low heat.
