Ingredients:

  • Flour - 170-190 gram
  • Curd - 100 Grams
  • Milk - 50 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - 40 grams
  • Sugar - 125 grams (50g per dough, 75g per crocant)
  • Plums - 500 Grams
  • Vanilla sugar - 20 grams (10g each in the dough and to the plums)
  • Walnuts - 100 Grams
  • Butter - 35 Grams
  • Baking powder - 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 Pinch
  • Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to Make Delicious Plum Pie

1. Prepare the dough: put cottage cheese, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla sugar and salt into the mixer bowl. Stir with a mixer until smooth. 2. Add some flour and baking powder, stir. Pour the remaining flour on the table, knead a soft dough. Leave the dough warm for 10-15 minutes. Rinse the plums, remove the seeds from them. 3. Roll out the dough into a layer with a diameter of 25-26 cm. Grease a mold with a diameter of 22 cm with oil, put the dough into it, forming sides. Sprinkle the dough with starch, place the plums tightly. 4. Sprinkle vanilla sugar on the plums. Prepare crocant: finely chop the walnuts. Melt sugar in a frying pan until caramelized, add butter and nuts. 5. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread crocant evenly over the top of the cake. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.Cool completely. Enjoy your meal!
