How to make Tuna Pasta Casserole
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Crush fresh tomatoes with your hands or use canned ones, add them to a saucepan. After boiling, simmer over low heat for about half an hour. 2. While preparing the sauce, boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Remove the saucepan with the sauce from the heat, add the tuna to it, drain the oil from it, add the ricotta, salt, put it back on the fire and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and toss with pasta and fresh basil. 3. Put all the contents in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese. 4.
