How to make Herculean Soup
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and rinse the vegetables. Pour the required amount of water into a saucepan and put on fire. Pre-soak oatmeal in cold water for 1 hour. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and put them in boiling water. Finely chop the onion and send to the pan with heated vegetable oil. Once the onions are clear, add the carrots, stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat. As soon as the potatoes become soft (I won't write about the time here, it all depends on the type of potatoes, it cooks very quickly, literally in 5-7 minutes it is already soft), add the rolled oats. At the same time, add thinly sliced garlic to the soup for an amazing flavor.
