1. Prepare food. Strawberries (if frozen, like mine) need to be defrosted a little. 2. Put it in the chopper bowl, add juice and powder there. 3. Turn the mixture into a smooth puree. 4. Add gelatin, heat the mixture to dissolve the gelatin. But you don't need to boil! 5. Now cool the mass completely. 6. Beat the strawberry puree with a mixer until a fluffy mass is formed, which will increase in volume and brighten. Whipping time is approximately 6-8 minutes at maximum speed.
