You can use ready-made yeast pizza dough to make one or knead the dough separately. First shape the dough into long sausages, then tie each into a knot and bake in the oven. In the meantime, cook the garlic oil and brush each knot with the mixture.

How to make Garlic Nodules
1. Roll out the dough into a thick layer, then cut into small strips. 2. Roll each strip of dough by hand into a sausage. 3. Tie knots from each sausage. 4. Place all the nodules on a baking sheet with parchment. 5. Lubricate each knot with olive oil. 6. Cover the nodules with plastic wrap and leave for 1.5-3 hours to rise.
