Serve rice or buckwheat porridge as a side dish. You will want to use the recipe many times, because it conquers with its taste right away.

- Zucchini - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 2-3 Pieces
- Minced pork - 400 Grams
- Hard cheese - 60 Grams
- Mozzarella - 30 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Parsley - To taste
How to cook "Minced Pork with Zucchini in the Oven"
Wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise. Remove the pulp from the center. Place the zucchini halves on a greased baking sheet. Bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Prepare the filling. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in oil in a pan for 4 minutes. Then add the pulp of the courgettes to them in pieces. Cook vegetables for 6 minutes. After removing the vegetables, in the same pan, fry the minced meat for 10 minutes. Add greens to it, and then mix with vegetables. Add salt and pepper to the minced meat. Place it in the prepared zucchini on a baking sheet with butter. Place tomato circles on top of the filling. Season them with salt and pepper. Rub both cheeses on top.
