- Tomato Sauce - 900 Grams
- Water - 1.5 Glasses
- Italian Spices - 1 Teaspoon
- Parsley - 0.5 Bunch
- Vegetable oil - To taste
- Parmesan - 240 Grams
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Ricotta - 200 Grams
- Mozzarella - 350 Grams

How to cook "Baked Spaghetti"
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, while proceeding with the rest of the ingredients. Cut the raw pork sausages into slices and place in a preheated skillet with olive oil, then transfer the sausages to a plate. 2. Return the pan to the heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, put the onions in the pan first, then the mushrooms after a few minutes. 3. Fry everything until the liquid evaporates in the pan, add chopped garlic. 4. Pour the tomato sauce, water into the pan, return the sausages, bring everything to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Throw the finished spaghetti on a sieve, rinse them with cold water.
