In my family, fish cakes are as popular as meat ones. And the simplest side dish is suitable for them, in the form of potatoes.

- Pork fat - 300 Grams

First of all, prepare the fish. Clean it, gut it and remove all bones, fins, tail and head. And cut the bacon into small pieces. If the skin is thick, then remove it. Scroll the fish fillet 2 times through a meat grinder. Then add scrolled onions, garlic and bacon to it. Add salt and pepper. Stir the minced meat and form into patties.
