How to cook Chow Main with Vegetables

In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper. 2. Heat a spoonful of oil in a skillet. Add the tofu and fry for 30-40 seconds without stirring! Add a spoonful of soy sauce and herbs. Fry for another minute, then carefully remove from the pan and set aside for a while. 3. Add more oil, reheat and add noodles. Fry until golden brown. 4.
