How to cook "Chicken fillet stewed in cream"
Peel and rinse the chicken fillet, let the excess moisture drain off. Season each fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. In a bowl, combine the flour and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan. Dip the fillets into this mixture on both sides. Fry the chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Fry the bacon in the same skillet until crispy. Drain off excess fat, leaving approximately 1 teaspoon. Add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until the onions are tender. Then add the cream, salt and pepper.
