How to cook "Rice with carrot juice"
Fry the rice in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Pour in carrot juice and bring to a boil. Add salt and curry, cook until almost all moisture has evaporated and absorbed into the rice. Approximately 20-25 minutes. Peel the carrots, cut into small strips and send into porridge. Protome another 10-15 minutes to soften the carrots. Place the rice on a plate, garnish with mint leaves and mustard seeds.
