  • Soy milk - 100 Milliliters (for cooking)
  • Italian Herbs - 1 Pinch

  • Salt, pepper - To taste

How to Make Broccoli Creamy Soy Sauce

1. Wash the stump and chop finely. Leave the very bottom, as it is too hard. 2. Put broccoli in a saucepan, cover with water so that it is completely covered. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until broccoli is tender (about 15-20 minutes). 3. Add the peeled and chopped garlic to the broccoli. Boil for a couple of minutes. 4. Whisk everything with a blender right in the pan, along with the water in which the broccoli was boiled. 5. Add soy milk and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. 6. Add Italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste to the sauce. Mix and beat again with a blender.
