How to make Coconut Filled Pie

1. Start by preparing the dough. Combine salt, sugar and flour. 2. Then add butter cubes. Rub the mass with your hands, gradually pouring in water. 3. Then knead the dough on the table. Flatten the mass and fold in half. Repeat this action 3 times. Next, remove the dough under plastic wrap in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 4. After that, roll out the dough and place in a round heat-resistant form. Make the sides and edges. Use a fork to pierce the bottom in some places. Place the weight in the center for a while to let the air out. 5. Next, bake the base for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. 6. Make the filling for now. Combine sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and starch in a saucepan. Stir the ingredients, add the coconut and leave for 10 minutes over medium heat.
