To make the jellied meat freeze faster, I advise you to add a beef joint to the broth.

Ingredients:

  • Beef shank - 1 Piece
  • Skakunets - 1 Piece
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Allspice - To taste
  • Hot pepper - To taste
  • Garlic - 5-6 Cloves
  • Bay Leaf - To taste
  • Greens - To taste
  • Dill - 1 Bunch
  • Parsley - 1 Bunch

How to cook "Delicious jellied meat"

1. Put the meat, the skunk, the carrots and the unpeeled onions, seared in a dry frying pan, into a saucepan. Pour cold water over a saucepan, put on high heat and bring to a boil. 2. When the jellied meat boils, reduce heat to low and remove the froth. Season with salt and cook with the lid slightly raised. Boil the jellied meat for 4 hours, but make sure that the liquid boils away minimally. 3. Then add allspice, hot pepper, crushed garlic, bay leaf and all the herbs. Boil the jellied meat for another 1.5-2 hours. 4. Check if you need to add gelatin to the broth: put some broth in the refrigerator and see if it hardens in 30 minutes. If not, add swollen and warmed gelatin. Divide the meat into fibers, put it in portion molds and fill with broth. 5.
