How to cook "Baked mackerel with vegetables in the sleeve"
1. Since mackerel is quite fatty, it is good to cook it on a vegetable pillow in the sleeve. In this case, all ingredients are prepared in their own juice. We turn down the heat to 180 degrees and bake,periodically controlling the baking process. 6. After baking, take out the sleeve. We cut it very carefully, because there are pairs inside. Let the food stand for 5 minutes. Then you can serve it to the table.
