- Hard Pears - 1.5 Kilograms (Juicy)
- Sugar - 400 Grams
- Citric Acid - 1 Teaspoon
- Water - 1 Liter

How to cook "Dried pears (blank)"
1. Peel and seed the pears, cut into 1 cm thick slices. Mix cold water with citric acid, add to chopped pears and leave for 1 hour. 2. Drain the water, add sugar to the pears and stir well. Cover the pear with a plate, attach it with a load on top and leave it at room temperature until the morning for the pear to start juicing. 3. Place the pear on a sieve and let the liquid drain. Spread the pear out on a foil-lined baking sheet so they don't touch each other. Send the pears to an oven preheated to 100 degrees with the door ajar for 4 hours. 4.
