- Canned peaches - 250 Grams

- Brown sugar - 1 Tbsp the spoon
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Grain mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Canned peach syrup - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Salmon with Peaches"
For the sauce, melt the butter, sugar and a spoonful of peach syrup in a deep saucepan. Add mustard, soy sauce, grated ginger and olive oil. Mix everything well and bring to a boil. Wash the salmon fillet, dry and salt. Using a paintbrush, generously brush the sauce over the fish. Drain the peaches and mix with the remaining sauce in a saucepan. Place the fish on a baking sheet, put the peaches on top and cover with foil. Send the baking sheet to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Then remove the foil and leave the fish in the oven for another 3-5 minutes for a nice crust.
