  • Eggplant - 480 Gram
  • Rice "Basmati" - 2 Glasses
  • Carrots - 2 Pieces
  • Olive oil - 6 Tbsp. spoons
  • Canned or boiled chickpeas - 280 Grams
  • Parsley - 0.5 Bunch
  • Salt - 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric - 2.5 Teaspoons
  • Cumin - 0.5 Teaspoons

  • Cayenne Pepper - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Rice with chickpeas"

Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2 minutes. 6. Then heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour the rice into it in portions, creating a pyramid.Make a hole in the center.
