Using this recipe, you will be able to ensure that a simple chocolate cake can be the most delicious. Moreover, to prepare this cake, you will need the simplest products.
A simple chocolate cake turns out to be incredibly delicious. Actually, this is not a cake, but a pie, but if you cook, for example, 2 of these pies, and even grease with thick sour cream or butter cream, then a chic birthday cake will be provided for you. My cake is very cracked on top, but inside it turned out to be slightly moist, very juicy and tender. It cracked because I baked at 180 degrees (as indicated in the recipe), but it's better to bake at 160 degrees, then everything will be fine!

Cuisine geography: Russian cuisine
- Flour - 1.5 Cups

- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Refined vegetable oil - 0.5 Cup
- Coffee - 1 Glass
- Vanillin Extract - 1 Teaspoon
How to make Simple Chocolate Cake
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Coffee can be used both brewed and instant, or it can be replaced with water altogether, but with coffee it turns out tastier and more aromatic. Mix all dry ingredients - flour, cocoa, sugar, soda quenched with vinegar. In a separate container, combine the liquid ingredients (vegetable oil, coffee and vanillin extract), pour into the dry mixture, and stir well. The dough will be similar in consistency to muffin dough. Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the dough and send the mold to the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, for 30 minutes. Now I point out that you should bake exactly at a temperature of 160 degrees, otherwise the cake will crack just like mine. But even this is not a problem, I sprinkled it with powdered sugar on top, and it turned out great! The inside of the cake is very tender, juicy, moist, with a bright aroma! It feels like it's really chocolate! Serve a simple chocolate cake with coffee or tea, all your family and guests will appreciate!
