In a separate container, combine the liquid ingredients (vegetable oil, coffee and vanillin extract), pour into the dry mixture, and stir well. The dough will be similar in consistency to muffin dough. Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the dough and send the mold to the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, for 30 minutes. Now I point out that you should bake exactly at a temperature of 160 degrees, otherwise the cake will crack just like mine. But even this is not a problem, I sprinkled it with powdered sugar on top, and it turned out great! The inside of the cake is very tender, juicy, moist, with a bright aroma!It feels like it's really chocolate! Serve a simple chocolate cake with coffee or tea, all your family and guests will appreciate!
