- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - To taste (for serving)
- Honey - To taste (for serving)
- Fruit liqueur - To taste (for serving)

How to cook "Brush in the oven"
1. In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, egg, sugar, milk, rum, grated lemon zest, and baking powder. 2. Add diced butter (room temperature). 3. Mix everything and then knead to a homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour. 4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer. 5. Cut the brushwood into any shapes. 6. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
