- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Bacon - 50-70 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice - 0.5-1 Art. spoons (to taste)
- Salt - 1-2 pinches (to taste)
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch

How to make Fried Broccoli with Beans and Bacon

Cut the bacon into pieces, peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion into quarters and finely chop the garlic. 4. In a well-heated frying pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil, fry the bacon to your favorite state. I like the well-fried and crispy bacon. Remove the fried pieces from the pan. 5. And in return, put onion, garlic in a pan, also fry them to your favorite state. Onions can be slightly soft, translucent or golden in color. 6. Throw the broccoli in a colander, let all the liquid drain. Then pour the lemon juice over the broccoli.
