Cooking description:
This recipe differs from the traditional one in that instead of mayonnaise or tomato sauce, it uses a light dressing based on unsweetened yogurt, it is called Greek. The cutlet is not made from beef, but from leaner turkey meat, to which dried tomatoes, spinach and even Feta cheese are added. This burger is still as tasty as the usual one, but more healthy.
