How to make "Meat Sauce from Childhood"
Prepare the food you need. Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into 2 cm cubes. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots and onions. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan with a double or thick bottom, simmer chopped onion until soft. Add meat, fry until golden brown on all sides. Cut carrots and leeks into circles. In a frying pan in hot oil, fry the carrots until golden brown, add the leeks, stir. Pour boiling water into a saucepan flush with the meat, add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the meat for 30 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes the same size as the meat ones. Add potatoes, carrots and leeks to the meat and cook for 20 minutes.
