- Champignons - 230 Grams
- Fettuccine - 340 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Butter - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 3 Art. spoons
- Broth - 1.5 Glasses
- Thyme - 3 Pieces
- Sage - 1 Teaspoon
- Cream - 0.5 cups
- Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Fettuccine with creamy mushroom sauce"
1. Boil the pasta in advance until tender. Wash the mushrooms, peel them and cut into small pieces. Grate the peeled garlic cloves on a fine grater. 2. Put butter and garlic in a saucepan, salt and cook for 2 minutes over low heat. 3. Add mushrooms to the saucepan, fry for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are browned. 4. After all the liquid from the mushrooms has boiled away, add flour to them and fry for another 2-3 minutes. 5. Pour everything with vegetable broth, mix well. 6. Add thyme, dried spices, salt and pepper to the skillet.
