Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 3 Pieces
  • Potatoes - 2 Pieces
  • Mushrooms - 300 Grams (any)
  • Pickled cucumbers - 3 Pieces
  • Cheese - 100 Grams
  • Onions - 1 Piece
  • Mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons (for frying)
  • Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Mushroom Den Puff Salad"

1. Put potatoes and eggs to boil, and in the meantime fry the mushrooms (I have chanterelles) in olive oil until all the liquid has evaporated. 2. When the liquid has evaporated, add the onion, cut into half rings, to the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the onions until golden brown. 3. Put the finished mushrooms on the bottom of the salad bowl. 4. Cool the boiled potatoes and grate on a coarse grater over a layer of mushrooms. Brush with mayonnaise. 5. Grate the pickles and squeeze out the excess liquid. Lay on top of the potatoes. 6. Next, clean the eggs and rub on a coarse grater. Spread over a layer of pickled cucumbers and grease with mayonnaise.
