How to cook "Fried Mozzarella"
1. Cut the cheese into small, free-form pieces. 2. Break a chicken egg into one bowl and mix with a fork. 3. In a large bowl, place flour on one side and breadcrumbs on the other. 4. First, dip a slice of cheese into an egg. 5. Then season it in flour on all sides. 6. Return the cheese to the egg mixture.
