A quick and easy recipe for when you need to feed your friends, children or yourself with something sweet but harmless. This chocolate mousse is based on ripe avocado.

You can add vanilla or cinnamon, a little lemon juice or zest, or any of your other favorite flavors and spices to add flavor. You can also add royal dates instead of honey, but the texture will be less airy. For a richer coconut note, add a spoonful of coconut oil.

- Chocolate - 200 Grams

How to make Chocolate Avocado Mousse
1. Prepare ingredients for further cooking. 2. In a blender bowl, beat the avocado, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt until smooth. 3. Melt the chocolate in the milk. 4. Add the chocolate paste to the avocado puree. Stir in the mousse. Divide it into tins and cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Garnish with any berries before serving.
