How to cook "Asian Beef"
1. First, mix the minced meat with baking soda and leave for a couple of minutes. 2. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger finely. 3. Make a dressing by mixing soy sauce and Hoisin, tomato paste, pepper, sugar and sesame oil. 4. Then heat the oil in a deep skillet. Fry the minced meat in it until brown. 5. Then add ginger, garlic and onion. Simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Finally, pour in the dressing sauce. Stir and cook for a couple more minutes.
